Who We Are

Elsa Homes and Care Services is a provider of Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) under the HCBS waiver program in Iowa. Our services are designed for those who are not able to do things for themselves and those who can to an extent, but due to a disease condition, require some form of assistance such as with activities of daily living, medication set up, participation in community activities and with the day-to-day management of their activities. These people will have brain injury (BI) , Intellectual disability (ID), Physical disability (PD) , Supported Community Living. They are our target population, to help them do the things that they cannot do on their own and keep them company daily in a setting that represents what their home would have been. Our services typically involve a person-centered approach, tailoring services to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual. This allows for a more personalized experience and helps foster a sense of belonging in the community. Our special asset is the collaboration with case managers, guardians or family members for the best outcomes for our members.
